There is a vast array of information around health conditions and diseases related to aging and the proper care for such conditions. The Council on Aging Silicon Valley  (or COA) has put together a very nice compendium of informative articles and fact sheets in their Network of Care Library. Be sure to check these out and send this to others who might benefit from this information.
